Student Exchange
Would you like to study at another university or abroad? Many students would like to spend a semester in another country. Although a lot of organisation is necessary, semesters abroad are enriching both at a personal and professional level. European and American universities have many interesting courses, among them general environmental or specialized curricula, e.g. organic farming, forestry, environmental medicine, environmental management or ecotourism.

Recognition
In the third semester a maximum of 30 credits can be obtained from another university towards the Bachelor of Science degree. Spending time at another university depends on passing the first-year examinations and completing block 1 before leaving. For some programmes special admission requirements are needed (e.g. bilateral agreements).
In cooperation with the department’s tuition advisor and the student exchange advisor, a personal study programme (Learning Agreement) is compiled. In the Learning Agreement the credit points are determined that will be acquired at the host university. The study programme must be approved by the department’s special tuition advisor and by the Student Exchange Advisor.
