The course is completed by a Master thesis on a theme selected from the subject range of the chosen major. This component is designed to enable the students to explore how the course content can be applied to an actual scientific problem. The thesis also provides an opportunity for the students to exercise initiative and to demonstrate that they are capable of working independently and in a scientifically structured manner.
