The supervising person in the company is responsible for professional and personal support.
The trainee invites the lecturer to visit the company.
On request, the practical advisor accompanies the lecturer on the visit if asked by either the trainee or the company. Please inform the practical advisor well in advance of the appointed time.
If difficulties arise (e.g., if the work does not correspond to the project, or if the working atmosphere is unpleasant or uncomfortable, etc.) contact the practical advisor as soon as possible.
For placements outside Switzerland the practical advisor expects 1-2 short interim reports.
It is recommended to keep a diary to document the work. The diary is a work logbook recording the work carried out, notes and remarks. The diary thus helps to compile the report.
